Best way EVER to stick with your goals

Have you ever started a new workout program, or a new diet, with fierce determination and the greatest of intentions ... only to let your standards relax just a bit here and there ... and you miss one day, and then another ... until finally you realize you're not even doing it anymore?


Would you stick to your guns if you knew someone else wanted you to succeed as much as you?


I have two Wellness Challenge Groups starting up Aug. 27, where that's exactly what happens. We're all in it together, working on our goals, keeping tabs on each other and giving each other the inspiration to respect ourselves and keep going.
